Janice Escott - Chef Janice Escott has a varied background in the Culinary Arts with a Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu, London, and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
She taught, and was a lead chef at a Southern Season in NC, Administrator, and Author of the Natural Chef program at Central Carolina Community College, and Culinary instructor at the Art Institute, Durham, NC.
Some of her past accomplishments were as a Food Talk Interview Host of a daily radio show in California where she owned and operated a Cooking School, a retail Cookware Shop, and Bed and Breakfast.
She has assisted numerous classes for Jacques Pepin, not only in her school but also in Arizona.
Janice has also taught cooking in Hawaii, Brazil, New Orleans and privately in North Carolina
