You will be contacted within 48 hours by an LRoom concierge to discuss and confirm your reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Space rental is open to All Genders with approval of The "New" LRoom Board.
All contracts and deposits must be submitted prior to rental date.
No rental space will be reserved without a 50% or more deposit.
Balance of total payment must be made 21 days prior to the event unless other arrangements are made.
Cancellations must be in writing or via email 30 days prior to the event.
If you cancel your event 21 days or less prior to it being held we will retain 50% of your total payment .
You may also be liable for the rental balance due as we have held the space for your specified dates.
If your event is canceled due to an LRoom issue your deposit will be fully refunded within 60 days of the cancellation.
Your organization and or the authorizer of this agreement are liable for any property damage or fines levied to TheLRoom emanating from your staff or an attendee of your event.

- Rental event attendees must be 18+ age unless otherwise approved by TheLRoom Board.
- No weapons are allowed anywhere on the property.
- Sorry, animals are not permitted unless they are service animals
- Alcohol can not be sold on the property without an ABC permit
- As designated under the State of North Carolina law, the TheLRoom is a non-smoking facility.
- At this time indoor space and bath rooms are not wheelchair accessible.
- Outdoor space is wheelchair accessible but has no public rest rooms.
- When renting outdoor space you must provide one or more restrooms depending on your projected atendee count.
Basic Event Rental "Special Rates" 10% Off Bookings Paid 60 days in advance
Room #1 Main Floor Small group Room with fireplace: $50 per hour and up. Up to 10 people seated
Room #2 Lower Level Side Room Gallery Lounge $50 per hour and up. Up to 4 people seated
Room #3 Lower Level Main Gallery Lounge with fireplace $65 per hour and up. Up to 25 seated and standing - 20 seated
Room #4 Large Rear deck Currently Closed for repairs $75 hour and up. Up to 35 people seated 45 standing.
Some seating included
Private Large Back Lawn $100 per hour and up. Enter from side driveway. Up to 300 people standing - 200 seated.
Back Lawn and Deck $150 per hour and up. Enter from side driveway. There are stairs leading to the deck
Lower rates may apply to smaller groups (meetings only 10 or less)
Use of Kitchen $100 and up Flat Rate for Warming Food Only. No cooking allowed.
All Day and Events over 5 hours have a flat rate negotiated fee.
Extra chairs or tables charge may apply
Outside tent charge may apply
Non-Profits please contact us for discounts
Outside Electricity available at additional cost
Your set-up and breakdown time is included in the rate so please consider that when booking the space
$50.00 to $150.00 Cleanup is a separate fee applied to all rentals.
Please Note: These rates and terms vary depending on the season, type of event, time, weekday, weekend etc.
The LRoom management has the right to change any of the above information without general notification.
Those who have booked space will be notified of any changes of above information
